Baker
Meet Monti McGee, the hand and heart behind The Brown Butter Batch. A military spouse and mother of two, Monti grew up in Mississippi where food brought her family together and her grandmother’s kitchen sparked her love of baking. Today she shares that love through rich brown-butter cookies, specialty waffles, and Southern-inspired desserts.

Our Story
The Brown Butter Batch started in a home kitchen with one recipe worth sharing — a cookie browned low and slow until it tasted like something worth stopping for. What began as gifts for neighbors turned into a food truck, then a cookie cart, and now a small family business built one batch at a time. Every recipe is still tested, tasted, and tweaked by hand before it ever reaches the window.
